What the bubble is for. The main chart never changes its job: it draws the window you are standing in. The bubble answers the other question — either where this window sits in the whole history, or what the last few sessions look like close up. It moves itself to the emptiest corner so it never covers price, and it always says which of the two it is showing and over what range.
